Swaddle blankets are great for providing security in unfamiliar situations. They are easy to take with you on the go, so even though the world is big and unpredictable, there is a secure base in the lovely little cloth. Materials and designs can be chosen to suit baby. I always recommend having at least two swaddles/teddy bears. If one gets lost, you have a spare.
